The Innocense Mission: Elaina Kroll

Elaina Kroll – Founder & CEO

As a survivor, founder and CEO of The Innocence Mission Elaina Kroll learned firsthand the heartache and grief of childhood sexual abuse. Now an advocate for victims, she is dedicated to the dream of creating a society where children are no longer at risk of the devastating crimes of sexual predators.

On January 30, 2009, Elaina’s perpetrator, a church music minister, pled guilty sexual molestation and is now a registered sex offender. Realizing that most victims never get to see their perpetrator punished, Elaina committed herself to helping and protecting all of those who suffer from this silent epidemic. She left a successful career in the wine industry to start an organization that empowers survivors to report abuse and stop the cycle of child sex crimes.

Elaina has a bachelor of arts in creative writing from San Francisco State University and is a Certified Wine Expert and a First Level Sommelier and Certified Wine Specialist. She currently resides in Newport Beach.
